At the time of sale, BCN was one of the largest regional carriers in the Western United States and held the highest retention level in the business. 1997-Present: Founded San Diego Telecomm. A large percentage of previous BCN clients came back due to unparalleled customer service. Paul Cohen – Chairman Intella II Companies Paul is the founder of Intella II and serves as Chairman of the companies. His career started in Texas where he was a partner in the first non-Baby Bell company to sell retail voicemail and toll-free services. Paul relocated the company to San Diego while founding Intella II along with his business partner James Arnold in 1996. Through his entreprenural spirit, he founded 4 other companies that have all enjoyed the same success and share the same commitment to customer service. Mr.
Cohen is the “visionary”.
He has acquired a number of companies that provide
synergy and resource sharing to maximize investor return and
customer retention. The Intella II companies offer services including conference
calling, unified messaging, voice mail, fax service and
integrated voice response.
Mr. Cohen’s background is extensive and includes
endeavors in real estate, art, import-export and network
marketing.
